Craft research and documentation is an initiative by the National Institute of Design to preserve and create sensitivity about Traditional Indian crafts. One such craft thriving in the narrow lanes of Lucknow is the craft of Naqqashi that was documented with the aim of preserving, appreciating, and creating awareness about the dying craft.
